EASL offers the DURAG Group emission evaluation system together with programming services and system training. The system will perform all the necessary online, realtime calculations and issue reports to ensure you are fully compliant. It will provide the operator with intuitive graphical information to assist in running the plant within limits, even providing advance information as to the optimum levels to run at to achieve the 30 minute and daily averages set by the authorities. The system can be geared from very small to very large installations and tailored to suit most requirements, such as plant tripping when approaching a limit value.
Air Emission Evaluation
When the task of choosing the range of emission analysers best suited to your requirements has been completed and the instruments have been installed in a suitable location, then let the analyses begin…
At this stage, you have hassled through QAL1 in choosing the correct equipment, and you have proven the effectiveness of your installation by completing the QAL2 requirement. The equipment is protected from the weather in an environmentally controlled cabin and the necessary alarms have been installed for personnel safety. The test gases are on site complete with certification, the spares are in stores and the service technicians are trained. The calibration paperwork is ready to go and the service intervals are set to satisfy QAL3. The installation is working well and everything appears to be within limits, Hcl, NO2, SO2, CO, TOC’s, Particulates, Barometric Pressure, Moisture, Temperatures, Flows……….all continually changing ! The authorities have issued a licence which outlines 30 minute and daily emission limit values (ELV’s) for all pollutants above which the plant cannot operate. There is a need to report in terms of 30 minute and daily concentration averages compiled in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly formats as directed and the need to calculate the freight value for any given component. This is the task of the Emission Evaluation Computer.
OUR VISION
Environmental Analyzer Services Limited (EASL) is a company dedicated to your companies needs in the challenging field of Reliable Online Environmental Monitoring
Multi Component Stack Gas Analysis
EASL can offer sales and service on multi component IR stack gas analyzers. The components measured include Hcl, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, NH3 and SO2. Barometric pressure, H2O and O2 can also be measured for standardisation and reporting purposes.
The composite gas sample is transported via a sample system which includes a carefully positioned heated and filtered stack sample probe and a heated PTFE lined sample tube to ensure the sample does not condense and remains a vapour throughout, therefore preserving the integrity of the sample .
EASL can provide regular quarterly and six monthly maintenance procedures to ensure the sampling system remains serviceable, the analyzer is within manufacturer calibration tolerances on all measured components and that each measured component energy level and drift level is acceptable. All measured component calibration and drift values are recorded in accordance with industry and regulatory standards EN14181. Certified gases and test equipment are used on all calibrations.
On a three year basis a full analyzer condition audit and service can be completed as recommended by the manufacturer together with essential component cross-interference calibration checks. This maximises the analyzers ongoing performance and accuracy. Corrections are applied in the firmware to correct cross interference values. This helps to ensure continued compliance with QAL2 & QAL3 EN14181 requirements.
The key factor in successful analysis is reliability. This means accurate measurements must always be available, allowing management and operators to make decisions with confidence.
The difference with Biotector is that it’s reliable and accurate compared to other Analyzers which have proven to be unreliable in the past
